Directions

By public transport

From train station 'Amsterdam Amstel' it’s a 15 minute walk along the river Amstel, towards the city centre. When you arrive at Weesperzijde 79a, you walk underneath the arches on your right hand side. Then it’s the green building ‘De Ruimte’.

Metro station ‘Wibautstraat’, exit Grensstraat. Head for Grensstraat and then to your left is the Weesperzijde. When you arrive at nr 79a, you walk underneath the arches on your right hand side. Then it’s the green building ‘De Ruimte’.

By car

Amsterdam A10, exit S112 ‘Duivendrecht’. Follow ‘Gooiseweg’, turn right at the roundabout into the Wibautstraat. Left at the Graaf Florisstraat, right at the Weesperzijde, nr 79a. Park the car and walk underneath the arches on your right hand side. Then it’s the green building ‘De Ruimte’.

It is also possible to spend Saturday night in the venue where the talks are given, De Ruimte (limited availability). It is necessary to make a reservation. Note: De Ruimte is not a hotel! You can stay for a small fee (15 euro pp). There are mattresses and showers available. Bring your own sheet/sleeping bag/towel!
